Location: Mysuru, Karnataka
The Role: We are seeking clear-spoken, persuasive, and patient Tele calling Executives to join our team. In this role, you will place outbound calls to customers with overdue accounts, understand their payment challenges, and negotiate agreeable repayment arrangements while strictly adhering to banking codes of conduct and compliance standards.
Experience: 2–5 years of experience in field collections, banking operations, or customer-facing roles. Freshers with strong interpersonal skills are welcome.
Requirements
- Language Skills: Strong fluency in local languages (Kannada / Tamil) with basic working knowledge of English or Hindi.
- Communication: Excellent telephone etiquette, strong persuasive skills, and active listening abilities.
- Integrity: High ethical standards and strict commitment to client confidentiality and regulatory compliance.
- Education & Experience: 10+2, Diploma, or Any Graduate. 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, customer support, or collections. Freshers with confident verbal communication skills are welcome.

Training Manager [Female]
Location: Mysuru, Karnataka
We are seeking an experienced Training Manager to oversee and elevate the learning and development operations for our team. In this role, you will design and deliver structured training programs that equip our workforce with advanced negotiation tactics, soft skills, professional etiquette, and strict adherence to banking regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Program Design & Delivery: Develop and execute comprehensive onboarding curricula for new Telecallers and Field Collection Officers across operational hubs.
- Compliance & Regulatory Training: Ensure 100% operational alignment with RBI guidelines, Fair Practice Codes, DRA (Debt Recovery Agent) certification standards, and client-specific compliance rules.
- Soft Skills & Negotiation Coaching: Train teams on persuasive communication, objection handling, conflict resolution, and native-language engagement tactics.
- Quality Audits & Refresher Courses: Partner with team leaders to audit call recordings and field performance, identify capability gaps, and deliver targeted refresher training.
- Metrics & Performance Tracking: Track training effectiveness, maintain employee certification logs, and measure post-training performance improvements.
Requirements
Experience: 5+ years of experience in corporate training within BFSI, BPO, or Debt Collection domains, with a proven track record of managing training operations.
Domain Knowledge: In-depth understanding of collection frameworks, RBI guidelines, DRA certification requirements, and regulatory compliance standards.
Language Proficiency: Strong command of English along with fluency in South Indian regional languages (Kannada, Tamil, and Telugu) for effective localized coaching.
Leadership & Soft Skills: Excellent facilitation, public speaking, coaching, and analytical skills.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or any relevant discipline (Train-the-Trainer or similar certification is a strong plus).
